# Basic Troubleshooting Tips

1. Hard refresh by hitting control + 5, and clearing cache
2. Switch from mobile to desktop
3. Switch browser, dApps works best on Chrome and Brave
4. Make sure you're connected to Fantom Opera on your wallet.
